Paul E. Horsman (1952) is een Nederlandse fantasyschrijver.
Hij debuteerde in april 2012 met het eerste deel, Rhidauna, van zijn fantasy avonturen-reeks voor Y.A. en Adult De Schaduw van de Revenaunt, uitgegeven bij Zilverspoor.
Tevens verschijnen zijn boeken in het Engels, via Red Rune Books, verkrijgbaar via de on-line boekwinkels van o.a. Amazon (print en e-books), van Barnes & Noble, Apple, iBooks, Kobo, Smashwords en in Nederland bij Libris (e-books)
