Paul E. Horsman (1952) is een Nederlandse fantasyschrijver.
Hij debuteerde in april 2012 met het eerste deel, Rhidauna, van zijn fantasy avonturen-reeks voor Y.A. en Adult De Schaduw van de Revenaunt, uitgegeven bij Zilverspoor.
Tevens verschijnen zijn boeken in het Engels, via Red Rune Books, verkrijgbaar via de on-line boekwinkels van o.a. Amazon en Barnel & Noble (print en e-books), van Apple, iBooks, Kobo, Smashwords en in Nederland bij Bol.com, Amazon.nl en Libris (e-books).
In 2016 verscheen zijn eerste Nederlandstalige boek in eigen beheer, De Shardheld Sage (trilogie), uitgegeven bij Red Rune Books.
